promotion of Zoe Cibuls from Director of Operations to Chief Strategy Officer & Head of Risk
and Underwriting. This well-earned advancement reflects her outstanding contributions over the

Since joining MPI, Zoe has played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s operations. Her

Organization (ISO) to a wholesale ISO, a strategic shift that would not have been possible

In her new role, Zoe will be responsible for driving company-wide strategy across product
development, customer relationship management (CRM), and wholesale operations, ensuring
MPI remains at the forefront of industry innovation. She will also continue to oversee our Risk
and Underwriting Department, maintaining the high standards and risk management protocols
that define our success.
